Q: Do I need any experience?
No! All of our courses are designed for people of all skill levels. All you need is a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and you’ll be making content in no time!
Q: Do I need any equipment?
Our courses are designed to help you make the most of the equipment you have on hand everyday. All you’ll need to get started is a laptop or a smartphone, the rest is up to you. We have some lists of the equipment we use and recommend here.
Q: What can I expect to see in the courses?
The courses all feature in depth video lessons taught by our resident expert trainers as well as detailed examples, sample sheets/handouts, and assignments with feedback provided by the trainers.
Q: What do I get for the price?
Coming in as an individal, the price on the course will grant you access to all course content for 1 year. After that, you can pay for access to the Rathdown Media Institute Membership Club and get exclusive content, webinars, and special offers as well as continued access to your course and all future updates to it.
Members of training groups can also avail of the Membership Club offer to continue your learning with full support from the team at the Rathdown Media Institute.
Q: Can I get help/support if I need it?
The Rathdown Media Institute staff will be on hand to provide assistance should you need it. if you are running into any issues with your course, need help or feedback on an assignment, or simply have a question about media production, get in contact with us here and we can help out.
Q: How do I organise a bespoke course for my group?
If you have some specific requirements for a group and need a custom course created, get in contact with us at [email protected] and we can discuss your needs. Once we have an idea of your groups learning goals, we can put together a course to suit you.
